2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, compatibility information and specifications. Customers should review the product listing before ordering.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to availability. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

4. Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery is £4.99 and estimated delivery is 5–7 business days in total, subject to courier delays and circumstances outside our control. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of receiving the order. Eligible products must be new and unused. Returns are made by post using the free return label included in the package. There is no restocking fee.

We also accept exchanges for eligible products within the same 14-day window. Once a returned item is received and approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
